Request Clothing Donation Pickup

Give clothing a second life. Schedule a Porter clothing donation pickup for gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories. Please review the donation requirements before submitting your request.

Donation Requirements

  • Minimum of two full bags required per pickup request.
  • All donated items must be placed in clear plastic bags only.
  • Do not use black, white, or opaque trash bags — they may be mistaken for regular waste.
  • Bags must be securely tied and placed outside your door by the scheduled pickup time.
  • Clothing must be clean, dry, and free of mold, strong odors, or pests.
  • Accepted: clothing, shoes, handbags, belts, hats, and clean linens.
  • Not accepted: wet items, damaged or heavily soiled clothing, household trash, furniture, large household goods, or loose items.

Important: Donation items must be placed in clear bags so our Porter team can easily identify them as donations and prevent them from being collected with regular waste.

Pickup Schedule: Requests submitted on a service day may be collected that evening or on the next scheduled service night. Requests submitted on a non-service day will be collected on the following scheduled service night. Porter Valet Service schedule is available Sunday through Thursday.
