Need to dispose of a mattress, sofa, furniture, appliance, or other large item? Submit a request and our team will coordinate removal.

💡Same-Night Pickup Available: Submit your request and place your item outside before 6:00 PM for pickup during tonight's service route.

Important Reminders

  • ✅Submit your request before 6:00 PM for same-night pickup consideration.
  • ✅Place approved bulk items outside your door by 6:00 PM.
  • ✅Items must not block walkways, stairs, breezeways, or emergency exits.
  • ✅Maximum 3 items per request. Submit multiple requests if needed.

How It Works

  1. Submit your bulk item removal request.
  2. Place the item outside your door before 6:00 PM.
  3. Our Porter team will collect the item during that evening's service route when eligible.
  4. Requests submitted after 6:00 PM will be serviced on the next available collection night.
